At least two people were killed in a car bombing outside a courthouse in western Turkey on Thursday, police reportedly announced, adding that one of the three attackers was on the loose.
(FOX)- Officers shot and killed the other two attackers in the coastal city of Izmir before the third escaped, District Mayor Hasan Karadag told NTV television.
The wanted suspect was wearing a black coat and a white beret, local media reported.
The two people killed were a police officer and courthouse worker, investigators told local media. Ambulances raced to the scene, Sky News reported.
Earlier, hospital officials told Reuters 10 people were hurt, but it was not clear if that included the two who died.
