Navy Seal at the Center of Witch hunt moved to less restrictive confinement

More is coming out about those that are accusing Navy Seal of war crimes some of which have been dropped… Even an Iraqi general came out and said that he had done nothing wrong. This really is beginning to smell like a witch hunt. Those who serve should not be subjected to this kind of political pencil pushing bullshit.

Leaving his family on trips all of them aware that this hug may be the last. He didn’t judge what you have chosen to do with your life, he stood to and put your welfare above his own. You should blindly support him because in America we believe that a man is innocent until proven guilty. While that is our inalienable right, Eddie bled for it. Let me share one fact: Vice Admiral Crawford, the highest ranking Navy judge was reprimanded and cases against SEALs overturned when it was discovered that he, supposedly non-partial, had been illegally influencing the cases because he had a personal agenda of investigation SEALs without cause, he was even found to have used witnesses that he knew to be dishonest under oath. None of that is my opinion, it’s the ruling of the Supreme Court. You should notice that not a single SEAL has jumped in front of a camera to speak ill of Eddie. Not one of our brothers from the “other colors” have either. You can buy all the T-shirt’s with quotes about loyalty and honor that you want. You can take classes with the hero’s. You can read all the books. FoxNews Reports that President Trump on Saturday announced that Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher, who is accused of war crimes in Iraq, will be moved to ‘less restrictive confinement’ — apparently in response to a push by Republican lawmakers advocating for Gallagher.

“In honor of his past service to our Country, Navy Seal #EddieGallagher will soon be moved to less restrictive confinement while he awaits his day in court. Process should move quickly!” Trump tweeted.

Gallagher is facing premeditated murder and aggravated assault charges stemming from the alleged killing of an injured ISIS prisoner and alleged instances of him intentionally firing sniper rounds at civilians.

He has spent six months of detention at Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar in California. He is not expected to emerge until the start of his war crimes trial on May 28.
