POLICE SEARCHING FOR TROOPER SHOOTING SUSPECT IN MIDDLETOWN, DEL.
UPDATE: Police are in Middletown, Delaware searching for a suspect involved in the shooting of a state police trooper at a Wawa in Bear, Del. earlier today.

Action News has learned an on-duty state police trooper has been shot at a Wawa store in Bear, Delaware, and police are looking for a suspect.
It happened at the store on Pulaski Highway (Route 40) near Salem Church Road on Wednesday.
That trooper was taken to Christiana Hospital. There was no immediate word on the trooper’s condition.
