There’s been an update to the Magazine situation in California. If you want standard or Hi capacity Magazines. Today is the day to do it! After today you may not be able to get them. TacticalShit is expediting the process with same day shipping!
The State of California asked for a stay, saying that the influx of standard capacity magazines could cause the state irreparable harm.
The Plaintiff asked for it to be denied citing that a stay would make anyone who’s ordered magazines legally during this. A criminal without notice!
The state responded suggesting to the court that there is nothing that prohibits the court from exempting those that have ordered legally during this period however they went on to say that there’s no evidence that Californians have ordered.
Yesterday the plaintiff responded with evidence from Palmetto State Armory of thousands of orders and opposed the stay with a recommendation that if the stay is granted that they do so in such a way as to protect those that have ordered during the legal period.
What does this mean to me?
It means that today could be the last day you can legally order magazines in standard capacity and have them shipped to California and there’s a really good chance you will be Exempted even if a stay is ordered
