Federal investigation at London Bridge Trading

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) — A company that bills itself as a manufacturer of gear for the military, law enforcement and government agencies is under investigation.

Federal agents searched the London Bridge Trading Company along London Bridge Road in Virginia Beach Thursday morning.

Virginia Beach Police, as well as agents with Homeland Security and Defense Criminal Investigative Services were all out at the location for several hours. It’s not clear at this time what they are looking for, but it does appear they are executing a search warrant.

According to its website, London Bridge Trading designs and manufactures tactical gear, and advertises itself as “one of the best tactical gear manufacturers in the entire world,” and they distribute worldwide. They sell mostly to military and law enforcement agencies, both federal and state.
