If you bought the semi automatic Variant of the AA12 be expecting a visit from the ATF. This comes after the ATF determined that the Semi automatic version were also deemed machine guns after discovering incorrect markings from the manufactureer.
Since this discovery this has blown up on gun forums all over the internet.
And again on Reddit.
However after some reading it would appear that its another case of someone pestering the ATF with stupid questions…
Mostly this is talk amongst several internet forums with no real article. However, that ATF letter looks pretty legitimate and could be cause for concern. Only time will tell. Is it the rumor mil or are our doggos in danger!?!?!
