Urge Your U.S. Senators to Support the Bipartisan Sportsmen’s Act Amendment

NSSF learned last week, following a meeting with industry executives as part of the annual NSSF Congressional Fly-In, that U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell secured unanimous consent for the Senate to finish consideration of S.2012, Energy Policy Modernization Act.

We also learned that the Senate will vote on a Murkowski Amendment (#3234) containing major portions of the Bipartisan Sportsmen’s Act before the end of debate.

Each senator now has the opportunity to vote for the most important package of pro-sportsmen’s legislation in a generation, and the legislation that will carry it to the President’s desk.
