Leakers from DOD and DHS are stating that tomorrow the Federal Government is going to activate esf-13 which will give all Federal Law Enforcement Agencies (FLEOS) the power to enforce state laws in partnership with state agencies. Ironically the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms is the coordinating agency in charge.
