In a NAGR case we’ve been watching, a federal judge has blocked enforcement of the ATF FRT Machingun definition for the plaintiff in the case.
“Each time an agency circumvent the legislative process it chips away at the most prudent reason for the separation of powers—that is, ensuring unelected and unaccountable individuals do not make the law. This reason alone compels the Court’s decision today.”
