Syria-ously? :

The end is near. On the brink of WWIII. I am hearing many rumors and not getting very substantial information from the MSM(main stream media) about possible U.S. Military action in Syria. WMD’s have been used on Syrian civilians and the Obama regime says that it was Assad and his government that ordered the attack. Obama says that he will put it to a vote before congress, on 9-11 by the way; and regardless of the vote “no boots on the ground” military action will occur.
Meanwhile, every other news agency in the world is stating that the Syrian Rebels (a.k.a. Al-Queda) are the ones that used the WMD’s. Hell, there is even video of them taking credit on Youtube. Regardless of “who” used them, the pictures and videos of the “Rebels” beheading and slicing the throats of Christians and gang raping women flood the net. So, these are the people that Barry and the boys want to back? That would mean that the U.S. government advocates the slaughter of people based on their religion and the rampant sexual assaults of women for sexual gratification and the proliferation of power.
Our allies refuse to back us, except France. Oh, wait… they backed out too. Bush had the support of numerous countries when the decision to invade Iraq came about. Barry has nothing except Chinese and Russian warships deploying to the Persian Gulf to intervene.
I can tell you what I have not been hearing about from the MSM is any further progress into Benghazi, the IRS scandal, the NSA scandal, Ed Snowden and magically all word of Treyvon Martin has disappeared from the American news. Last week it was “racism in America” and “Hate Crimes” to distract us from the criminal acts of the Soetero regime. Now Syria and the brink of WWIII.
Nobody has reported on the “Thrill Kill” kids that are now becoming an epidemic in this country. A WWII vet fights for his life against two teenage boys and dies and barely a peep is heard. How sad is it that Facebook has become a better source for news than our media outlets? I say this with reservation because we all know that spam and unfounded info is passed around frivolously via Face-crack.
So Syria is having a civil war. Did we learn nothing from Korea, and Vietnam? All the trouble in the Middle East has been occurring for thousands of years; and still other countries mettle. England and France during the Crusades for example. In case you didn’t know, the U.S. put Saddam into power. The U.S. trained Osama Bin Laden and his boys to fight the Russians. Before World War II, the U.S. was pretty much an isolationist country. We sent aid to allies but until Pearl Harbor; the “Sleeping Giant” remained dormant. Since then, we have interfered in everything. Establishing our authority wherever we can.
A friend told me “It is time for the ‘Sleeping Giant’ to go back to bed.” I wish it were possible, but it is my fear that this is not possible anymore. We have days, maybe less before the world is thrown into chaos. All in the name of the New World Order. Radiation poisons the Pacific, a third of the U.S. is on fire in the West, politicians in D.C. are more concerned about being loyal to the current regime and passing bullshit laws limiting tattoos and saying that people that grow their own food are terrorist extremists; than actually having a set of balls and standing up for the Constitution and what America stands for.
It is my solemn prayer that this is all “Tin foil Hat” stuff. I pray that I am wrong. I pray that God allows us the opportunity to correct the faults of the current institution. I pray that I am wrong and my child can grow up without knowing the taste of war. I paid my dues so he wouldn’t have to. God Bless the USA. God Bless you all, and please remember your oaths.
A REMINDER:
The UCMJ : Illegal orders
The Uniform Code of Military Justice is more concerned about failure of military personnel to obey legitimate orders than it is about refusal to obey illegitimate orders, but it does address the subject. In Section 16c(1)(c) it provides:
Lawfulness. A general order or regulation is lawful unless it is contrary to the Constitution, the laws of the United States, or lawful superior orders or for some other reason is beyond the authority of the official issuing it.
And in Section 14c(2)(a)(i):
Inference of lawfulness. A order requiring the performance of a military duty or act may be inferred to be lawful and it is disobeyed at the peril of the subordinate. This inference does not apply to a patently illegal order, such as one that directs the commission of a crime.
These provisions allow for the disobedience of illegal orders, but such orders may themselves constitute a crime, or be part of a criminal conspiracy, either under military or civilian law. Under federal law, 18 USC 242, it is illegal for anyone under the color of law to deprive any person of the rights, privileges or immunities secured by the U.S. Constitution, and under 18 USC 241 it is illegal to conspire to violate such rights. It is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. This could be applied to military personnel who abuse the rights of citizens, either military or civilian. The UCMJ also defines an Article 134 offense: Impersonating a commissioned, warrant, noncommissioned, or petty officer, or an agent or official. This could apply to a military officer who impersonates a civilian official in an action against civilians. This includes actions taken under martial law. In RCM 202(a):
The exercise of jurisdiction under Article 2(a)(11) in peacetime has been held unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of the United States. Article 2(a)(10) has also been limited.
In RCM 302(b) Who may apprehend. The following officials may apprehend any person subject to trial by court-martial:
(1) Military law enforcement officials.
(2) Commissioned, warrant, petty, and noncommissioned officers.
However, anyone, including the lower enlisted grades, may apprehend for violation of civilian laws, provided it is done as an independent act of a citizen and not under orders.
Also be aware of the Posse Comitatus Act, which forbids members of the Army and Air Force to be used for domestic law enforcement.
The point is this: You not only have the right to disobey an illegal order, but you may also have the duty to apprehend the parties issuing such an order if such issuance is part of the commission of a crime.
