The Russian Air Force recreates the Highway of Death using an ISIS convoy in the small Syrian town of Uqayribat in the Hama province.

A convoy, carrying logistical supplies bound for Islamic State fighters, gets a first hand Highway of Death experience. In the town of Uqayribat in the Hama province of Syria, the Russian Air Force flies a combat mission to destroy food, fuel, and troops that are on their way to reinforce Islamic State positions.

This airstrike was conducted in concert with a Syrian Arab Army assault on the ISIS controlled town, and re-affirms the Russian cooperation with the regime during the still on-going conflict in Syria against members of the Free Syrian Army, and the Islamic State.
