A man went on a shooting spree in Tulsa Oklahoma targeting people at random in restaurants, parking lots, and on the highway. Responding officers were able to subdue the shooter but not before having to chase him onto the highway.

KTUL reports The Tulsa Police Department released body camera video Tuesday of the deadly officer-involved shooting on May 10 that began at the Cicis pizza buffet and ended on Interstate 44.
Police say that officers were dispatched to an active shooter around 6:30 p.m. in the area of 4800 South Peoria Avenue. The suspect, Derrec Shaw, left his residence earlier in the evening, acting erratic and strange, according to TPD.
Shaw went to the Cicis pizza and pointed a gun at a man driving a black car, police say. The first victim walked out of Cicis to make a phone call, and Shaw turned and fired at him three times, striking the victim once in the shoulder.
As the first officer arrived, Shaw ran across Skelly and up onto I-44. Arriving officers were made aware of the active-shooter status, and officers followed Shaw up the embankment.
