The Missouri Legislature will vote to override Governor Nixon’s veto of Senate Bill 656 TOMORROW! It is imperative for your legislators to hear from you NOW! This is important pro-gun self-defense legislation that will expand Missourians’ right to protect themselves and their families. SB 656 would respect law-abiding Missourians’ right to permitless carry, create stand your ground, strengthen Missouri’s castle doctrine laws, allow additional extended and lifetime permit options, and allow online training for permit requirements.
This NRA-endorsed legislation will provide Missourians with more options to protect themselves and their loved ones. Former New York City Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, and his gun control group, Everytown for Gun Safety, are spending large amounts of money to push the Clinton/ Obama anti-freedom agenda on Missourians.
The NRA has publicly condemned the veto of Senate Bill 656 by Governor Nixon, and now your legislators need to hear from YOU in order to override the veto. If you are able, please make plans to attend the Statehouse to show your support of the override vote. For more information and to RSVP, please click the “RSVP” button below.
Again, please click the “Take Action” button above to contact your state Senator and state Representative and urge them to support the override of Governor Nixon’s veto of Senate Bill 656. Urge them not to bow to out-of-state, anti-gun interests by letting New York-style gun control advocates push an agenda in Missouri.
For information, please visit NRA’s 2AinMO website. Encourage your family, friends and fellow gun owners to visit this site and contact their lawmakers in support of overriding Governor Nixon’s Veto of SB 656.
