While performing his daily workout a former Navy Seal came across an american flag that was hanging off the pole by one carabiner. Raso chose not only to not ignore the issue but to take action and fix it himself.
The task took multiple attemps as Raso explains in his facebook post, “After a 3.5 mile run and smoked from the previous attempts, This was my 4th attempt at trying to get up and fix the flag,” He continues, “Literally had to visualize what I was doing wrong and what I had to do to correct my inefficiencies in order to improve for the next attempt.”

According to the Virginian Pilot the video that has now garnered more than 12,000 likes, 1,700 comments and 9,600 shares on Facebook, Raso climbed the flagpole himself to fix the flag.
Raso, a former SEAL Team 6 operative, left the Navy in 2012, according to the New York Times. Now he’s behind the Dynamis Alliance self-defense company.
