According to the DailyMail Donald Trump Jr. showed off the newest firearm in his collection on Sunday, posting three Instagram photos of a ‘Crusader’-model AR-15 rifle fitted with an ammunition magazine whose design depicts Hillary Clinton behind bars.
Austin, Texas-based Rare Breed Firearms made the gun, which also features a Jerusalem cross. That emblem was associated with the Crusades, a series of wars between Christians and Muslims during the 11th, 12th and 13th Centuries.
A spokesman for Trump Jr. insisted Monday that the president’s eldest son wasn’t trying to weigh in on the chaos in the Middle East whose latest chapter saw a U.S. drone attack kill Qassem Soleimani, the leader of Iran’s Quds Force.
