The Panzerhaubitze 2000 is a self-propelled armored artillery , made by the German company Krauss-Maffei Wegmann and Rheinmetall produced.
It’s the standard vehicle of the German artillery battalions and have replaced the old self-propelled howitzer M109 . Compared to the previous model, the PzH 2000 with almost identical performance weight gained military value.
In particular, effective range of the weapon, accuracy , rate of fire , armor protection, an independent operational capability and range of the vehicle, speed and comfort have been significantly improved.
