A Texas man identified himself as the one who put down the Active shooter inside a church in Fort Worth Texas. Jack Wilson is the head of security at West Freeway Church of Christ. He has gone on several news outlets describing his actions to reporters.
The gunman was only able to fire two shots before wilson fired the fatal headshot from a distance of 50ft.
According to Heavy Wilson Was President of On Target Firearms Training Academy, Inc., a Gun Range That Burned Down in 2016 The company’s Facebook page describes it this way: “On Target Firearms Training Academy, Inc. was established in 1995 to provide Firearms Training & Service for YOU to exercise YOUR 2nd Ammendment (sic) Rights.” Wilson also added that he also served as a Hood County Reserve Deputy Sheriff from 1980-1986. “Presently a TCOLE Instructor and CHL/LTC Instructor. I continue to work with Federal, State and local levels of law enforcement,” he wrote.

Wilson also went on to describe his time in service in the National Guard, he said that he had taken the oath to support and defend the Constitution “multiple times” beginning in 1965, when he joined the National Guard, a reserve deputy for the Hood County Sheriff’s Department, and “multiple times” with the Department of Defense Security Clearances beginning in 1965 through 1995. according to FoxNews
